摘要
产业技术研究院(含工业技术研究院)是共性技术研发机构的一种有效形态。针对政府主导型产业技术研究院的功能主体进行创新定位,提出其管理体制和运行模式的创新思路,以期为现代科研机构发展起到有益的参考作用。
Industrial technology research institute is an effective form of general technology research institutions. Based on the survey of the industrial technology research institutes and analysis of the dominant types, the article positions the func- tion body of government - sponsored industrial technology research institute creatively, provides the innovation way of man- agement system and operation mode. It is hoped to be a helpful reference for the development of modern research institu- tions.
