摘要
针对煤矿安全监察体制运行现状,深入分析煤矿安全监察工作中存在的问题,提出以制度自觉继续完善煤矿安全国家监察体制的方法,得出明确目标,坚持原则,理清思路,整合行政资源、适度调整职责,加强法制建设、理论研究和队伍建设是保持煤矿安全监察体制永续发展的结论。
Aimed at the current running situation of coal mine safety supervision system, the problems existing in the safety supervision were deeply analyzed, and a viewpoint was proposed that the manner to improve the system should depend on system consciousness. The sustainable development of coal mine safety supervision system should be guaranteed by having a clear objec- tive, sticking to principles, clarifying thoughts, integrating administrative resources, moderating duties properly, tightening legal construction, theoretical research and team development.
