摘要
铜陵公铁两用长江大桥3#主墩特大型沉井基础位于长江主河槽中,沉井施工受工期制约需经历一个长江洪水期,施工期间水位高、流速大,增加了沉井施工难度。本文针对沉井下沉中出现的慢沉、突沉、倾斜、偏移、翻砂现象及封底过程中的终沉控制、清基、混凝土浇注等重难点问题进行了解析,为深水特大型沉井基础施工提供了经验借鉴。
The caisson foundation for the 3 # main pier of Tongling road-railway combined bridge locates in the main river channel of the Yangtze River,and its construction coincided with the flooding period of the river,during which the water level and the flow speed posed challenges. The paper looks into the problems occurred in the sinking of the caisson,such as slow sinking,sudden sinking,tilting,deviating and the foundry. At the same time,it studies the major issues during the bottom-sealing process,namely final settlement control,foundation clearance and concrete pouring techniques. All the findings are of great value for the construction of the deep-water super caisson foundation in the future.
