摘要
职业指导具有帮助大学生调整就业心态、提升综合素质、提高自主创业能力和提供就业信息等促进大学生就业的重要作用,但目前国内高等学校职业指导工作存在工作定位不明确、教师职业化程度低和缺乏个性化职业指导的问题,应通过完善职业指导工作体系、建设职业指导师队伍、创新多样化职业指导形式和提供优质服务等措施,加强高等学校毕业生的职业指导。
Career guidance is of much importance in facilitating the employment of university graduates as it helps college students develop a proper attitude towards employment, promotes their comprehensive quality and independent entrepreneurial ability, and provides authoritative employment information for graduates. However, problems exist in the current career guidance in domestic colleges and universities, such as lack of a clear goal, failure in team construction and absence from personalized guidance. Measures are put forward, such as completing career guidance system, strengthening the construction of teachers＂ team, launching a variety of career guidance activity and providing first-rate services for student career planning.
