摘要
为解决砂卵石地层掘进的刀盘刀具异常磨损、泥饼阻塞及地表沉降明显等问题,从刀盘刀具、螺旋输送机、渣土改良及注浆控制等方面进行研究,并结合成都地铁和北京地铁现场应用及试验数据,对刀盘开口率的确定、刀具的布置、轴式/带式螺旋输送机的选取、渣土改良系统及注浆系统的配置进行比较,得到了相应地层土压平衡盾构设计的解决方案,为类似地层土压平衡盾构的设计提供参考。
When EPB shields are used in sandy cobble ground,problems such as abnormal wearing of the cutterhead and cutting tools,cutterhead clogging and ground surface settlement may occur.In the paper,study is made on the optimized design of EPB shields on basis of lessons learnt in the sandy cobble ground in Chengdu and Beijing.The EPB shields are optimized in terms of cutterhead and cutting tools,screw conveyor,soil conditioning and grouting control.In the end,optimized design of EPB shields for sandy cobble ground are proposed.The paper can provide reference for the design of EPB shields for similar grounds in the future.
