摘要
为了解紫茎泽兰液对孔雀球虫活性的影响,分别将质量分数为0.1%,0.5%,1%,2.5%,5%的紫茎泽兰液作用于新鲜的未孢子化的孔雀球虫卵囊,计算各组的孢子化率。再用经紫茎泽兰液处理后的孢子化的卵囊接种小鸡,通过观测小鸡存活数、克卵囊数、病变记分指标,评价经紫茎泽兰作用后的孔雀球虫卵囊的致病性。结果表明,紫茎泽兰对孔雀球虫的活性具有抑制作用,这为球虫病的防控及球虫致弱疫苗的研究提供了新的思路。
The potential anticoccidial activity of Eupatorium adenophorum liquid was evaluated against peacock coccidian oocysts,which are common parasites in peacocks of Kunming zoo.Fresh unsporulated coccidian oocysts were exposed to 0.1%,0.5 %,1%,2.5 %,5 % of E.adenophorum extracts and the sporulation rate was measured after 48 hours.Chickens were inoculated with those attenuated oocysts by E.adenophorum liquid,and killed all chickens on the 10th day after the challenge infection,the survival rate,oocyst per gram feces （OPG） and lesion score were measured and calculated.The results showed that the liquid of E.adenophorum were found to be significantly inhibitory action to peacock coccidian oocyst,and the results also provides new ideas for prevention and control coccidiosis and attenuated vaccine.
