摘要
以初始体重为(4.2±0.5)g的大黄鱼为试验对象,采用U5(52)均匀试验设计,研究在水泥池精养模式下温度和盐度对大黄鱼生长性能的联合效应.30 d的试验结果表明,合理的温度和盐度组合能明显优化大黄鱼的生长速率和饲料系数,即在温度24.1~24.7℃,盐度13.6‰ ~ 14.1‰的条件下,大黄鱼生长速率和饲料系数达到最优值,生长性能达到最佳效果.
In our special intensive breeding model, we've made some research into the effect of temperature and salinity on the growth of Pseudosciaena crocea with an average weight of (4. 2 ± 0. 5 ) g. The experiment was made in the uniformity design of U5 ( 52 ) mode in cement pools. 30 days later the statistics indicated that the right combination of temperature and salinity can significantly improve the growth rate and feeding efficiency of Pseudosciaena croeea. That is to say,when the temperature was 13.6 - 14. 1 ℃ , the salinity 24. 1‰ -24. 7‰, Pseudosciaena croeea grew best. Both the growth rate and feeding efficiency reached an optimal value.
