膀胱部分切除术治疗老年肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效 被引量：14

摘要 目的 分析膀胱部分切除术（PC）治疗老年肌层浸润性膀胱癌（MIBC）患者的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析43例经PC后确诊为肌层浸润性膀胱癌（T2N0M0）的老年患者临床资料,术后均给予吉西他滨和顺铂（GC）方案化疗加膀胱灌注治疗.结果 患者均获得随访,随访6～54个月,平均（26±3.4）个月,其中38例（88.4％）无复发及转移,5例（11.6％）在术后13个月内复发,复发患者2例行膀胱全切,其余行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术（TUR-BT）,无死亡病例,无明显并发症.结论 PC治疗老年MIBC可以达到一定的临床疗效,术后配合化疗及膀胱内灌注治疗,能有效减少膀胱肿瘤复发.
