头颈部多层螺旋CT扫描辐射剂量系统性优化的研究现状与展望 被引量:14

摘要 已成为头颈部疾病的常规检查方法,但其辐射剂量明显高于普通x线检查。美国检查数量只占全部放射线检查的11%-13%,但辐射剂量却占60%以上。临床上检查数量正在快速增长,美国每年检查人次已达7500万,其中30%-40%的部位为头颈部,患者接受的平均有效辐射剂量为1~5mv。目前辐射剂量带来的潜在危害备受关注。M的成像特点、射线剂量分布特征、
