摘要
以镍基高温合金为研究对象,将合金成分及其不同时间和温度条件下的持久强度数据归一化处理后,建立神经网络模型,预测了镍基高温合金在不同条件下的持久强度,并利用实验验证了神经网络预测结果的可靠性和准确性。
Taking Ni-based high-temperature alloy as research object, a artificial neural network model was established with the chemical composition of the alloy and the rupture strength at different time and temperature conditions after normalization, the sustained strength of the nickel base superalloy in different conditions was forecasted, and the reliability and accuracy of the prediction results of the neural network were verified by experiments.
