摘要
针对Ni基合金通常只能采用真空炉冶炼而在中频炉中冶炼效果差的问题,对传统冶炼工艺进行了改进,并采用在中频电炉中通入氩气进行保护以及控制浇注过程等措施,实现了Ni基合金中频炉精密铸造。
Aimed at the problem that Ni-based alloy was usually only in vacuum furnace smelting, while smelting effect was poor in intermedium frequency furnace, the traditional smelting process was improved, and the measures of passing argon into intermediate frequency furnace for protection and controlling pouring process and so on were used, so as to achieve Ni-base alloy IF furnace precision casting.
