摘要
为解决潘一选煤厂加压过滤机入料泵变频调速对电网干扰大的问题,采用永磁调速器对加压过滤机入料泵进行调控。介绍了永磁调速器的结构、工作原理、特点及技术参数,并对永磁调速及变频调速的调速效果进行对比分析。实践结果表明:采用永磁调速器调控加压过滤机入料泵完全可行,与变频调速相比,永磁调速器具有节能效果显著,运行安全可靠,电磁干扰少,启动电流小,隔振效果好,适应能力强的优点。
To solve the problem of frequency conversion speed governor of feed pump of pressure filter seriously disturbing grid voltage in Panyi coal preparation plant, using permanent magnet speed governor controlling pressure filter feed pump. The paper described the structure, working principles, characteris- tics and technical parameters of the governor, and compared and analyzed the speed adjustment effects of permanent magnet speed governor and frequency conversion speed governor. Practical results show that, the permanent magnet speed governor was used in pressure filter feed pump is entirely feasible, and com- pared with the frequency conversion speed governor, it has the features of energy saving, reliable operation, low electromagnetic interference, long life, low starting current, good vibration isolation effect, well adaptability.
