摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定盐酸林可霉素注射液含量的不确定度分析方法。方法按照测量步骤,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果盐酸林可霉素注射液中林可霉素含量测定的合成不确定度为0.3%,扩展不确定度分别为0.6%(K=2)。结论测量不确定度可用于对盐酸林可霉素注射液含量测定结果的评定。
Objective To establish a method of uncertainly evaluation for lincomycin hydrochloride injection with HPLC. Methods A accoidance with the measurement procedure, the measurement uncertainly was evaluated aecording to JJF1059 - 1999. Result The combined uncertainly was 0.3% ,the extended uncertainly was 0.6%. Conclusion The mathematic model of uncertainly established is applicable to evaluate the accuracy of assay of lincomycin hydrochloride injection.
