摘要
为了解决当前操作台与PLC信息传输过程中的数据量大、实时性、抗干扰性等问题,提出了一种基于CPLD的舞台吊杆操作台设计方案。该方案采用精简、模块化设计思想,设计了模拟信号的A/D转换控制、8路数据通道选择控制、LED显示控制等功能模块,实现了操作台与PLC控制系统之间并行的I/O信息交换功能。系统采用Verilog HDL语言,通过QuartusⅡ5.1软件编程实现各功能模块。仿真结果和实际应用表明,该设计不仅简洁可靠,而且节省了大量的I/O成本。
In order to meet the requirements of the information transmission process between console and PLC,i.e.,huge amount of data,real time performance and anti-interference,the design scheme for CPLD-based console of on-stage booms is proposed.By adopting simplified modular design concept,the functional modules for A/D conversion,8 of data channels selection control,LED display control are designed to implement parallel I/O information exchange function between console and PLC control system.In the system,various function modules are realized through Quartus II5.1 software programming.The results of simulation and practical application indicate that the design is simple and reliable,as well as saves large amount of I/O costs.
