The influencing factors and applications of glycated albumin

摘要 糖化白蛋白是糖尿病患者血糖监测的重要指标,与糖尿病血管病变、周围神经病变等并发症密切相关.近年来研究表明,糖化白蛋白易受年龄、体重指数、白蛋白更新速度、疾病及激素的影响.糖化白蛋白可用于及时评价糖尿病患者治疗效果,能更好的反映餐后高血糖及血糖波动情况,并能评估氧化应激及糖尿病慢性并发症,辅助鉴别诊断糖尿病及应激性高血糖等.了解糖化白蛋白的影响因素及应用可更好的指导糖尿病及其相关并发症的诊断和治疗. Glycated albumin is an impotant indicator of blood glucose monitoring for diabetic patients,which is closely associated with diabetic angiopathy,peripheral neuropathy and other complications.Recent studies have shown that glycated albumin is affected by age,body mass index,albumin update speed,several diseases,hormones and so on.Glycated albumin can evaluate the therapeutic effect of diabetic patients timely,and better reflect postprandial hyperglycemia and glucose fluctuation,evaluate oxidative stress and diabetic chronic complications.Glycated albumin is also an effective method to differentiate diabetes mellitus from stress hyperglycemia.Understanding the influencing factors and the applications of glycated albumin can guide the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and its complications better.
