摘要
针对传统秸秆揉搓机作业后秸秆营养成分损失较大(尤其青绿秸秆)及微生态菌剂喷施费时费力等问题,采用微生态菌剂喷施与机械揉搓相结合的原理,设计了以燕尾T型刀为主要揉搓部件,集成了菌剂喷施功能的9LRC-60型立式秸秆揉搓机.现场试验表明:使用该揉搓机完成作业的玉米秸秆物料,各项揉搓指标均优于传统揉搓机,能更好地满足牛、羊、鹅等畜禽的饲料标准要求;微生态菌剂喷施与机械揉搓的结合能促进菌剂与饲料充分融合,增强了微贮效果,节省了作业时间.
Traditional straw kneading loses a large number of nutrition after the operation, and it wastes a lot of time and strength in spraying microbial preparation process. In light of the above problems,integrating the microbial inoculum spraying with mechanical kneading, adopting dovetail T knife as main kneading components, a 9LRC-60 type vertical straw kneading machine was designed. Field experiments show that all the kneading indicator of this machine precedes traditional kneading machine, which could well meet the standard demands of feed of livestocks such as cattle, sheep and goose etc. The combination of microbial in- oculant spraying and mechanical straw kneading could promote full fusion of inoculant and forage,enhance effects of microbial storage and save the time of production operation.
