简易上肢屈肌痉挛抑制器结合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后手功能康复的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨简易上肢屈肌痉挛抑制器结合肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后手功能康复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均常规进行康复训练和肌电生物反馈治疗,治疗组在进行肌电生物反馈治疗时佩戴上肢屈肌痉挛抑制器。对每例患者患侧手功能在入组时和疗程2个月后分别进行FuglMeyer手功能(FMA)和改良Ashworth痉挛量表评定。结果两组治疗前后比较和治疗后组间比较均有显著性差(P<0.01);两组的变化均数比较,治疗组2个月后简式Fugl-Meyer手功能评分和改良Ashworth痉挛评定积分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论肌电生物反馈结合上肢屈肌痉挛抑制器治疗有助于改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢手功能。 Objective To explore the effect of simple upper limb spasticity suppressor combined electromyographic feedback therapy for rehabilitation of hand function in patients with cerebral apoplectic stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with apoplectic stroke were randomly di- vided into trial group ( n = 30) and control group ( n = 30 ), patients in these two groups were treated by routine training for rehabilitation and bio- feedback therapy, patients in trial group were additionally worn with upper limb spasticity suppressor during electromyographic biofeedback thera- py. The recovery of hand function in diseased limbs in all patients had been evaluated by Fugi - Meyer assessment and modified Ashworth spastici- ty scale before and after treatment for 2 months. Results The difference in patients of two groups before and after treatment was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ), changes in these two groups after treatment were compared, the scores of FMA and ASH in patients of trial group were higher than those of patients in control group after treatment for 2 months, their integral recovery was better than that of patients in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Con- clusion The treatment of electromyographic biofeedback combined upper limb spasticity suppressor contributes to the improvement of hand func- tion of upper limbs in hemiplegic patients.
