香蕉菠萝茎叶堆肥对芥菜产量、品质及土壤肥力的影响 被引量:4

Effect of banana pesudostem and pineapple leaves compost on mustard yield, quality and soil fertility

摘要 通过田间试验,研究了香蕉菠萝茎叶堆肥对芥菜产量、品质和土壤肥力的影响.结果表明:香蕉菠萝茎叶堆肥能够提高芥菜叶片的叶绿素含量,提高芥菜产量,与对照处理比较,叶绿素含量增加了20.26%,芥菜产量提高了16.65%;施用堆肥可有效改善芥菜的营养品质和卫生品质,芥菜可溶性糖含量增加了48.57%,维生素C含量增加了20.51%,粗纤维含量降低了19.74%,芥菜叶中的硝酸盐含量与单施复合化肥处理和不施肥处理相比分别减少了2~3倍,亚硝酸盐含量分别减少了49%和29.8%;同时,施用堆肥能够增加土壤有机质含量54.19%,速效磷和速效钾分别提高24.9%和13.8%,提高了土壤肥力水平. A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of banana and pineapple stem compost on mustard yield, quality and soil fertility. The results showed that, the chlorophyll content could increase 20.26% and the yield could increase 16.65% respectively, comparing to the control. The compost also improved the nutritional and hygienic quality of the mustard. The soluble sugar content of mustard increased 48.57%; vitamin C increased 20.51%, while coarse fiber decreased 19.74%. The nitrate content in mustard leaves was only half or one thirds of that in the control or the treatment with chemical compounds fertilization, and the nitrite content also decreased 49% and 29.8% respectively. The compost increased the organic matters in the soil with 54.19% which improved soil fertility significantly, while for the rapidly available phosphorus and potassium, they increased 24.90% and 13.80% respectively.
