摘要
本研究以上海市为例,运用文献分析法、访谈法、特尔菲法、层次分析法等研究方法,依据绩效管理的相关理论,经过指标初选、理论筛选和专家筛选等步骤,对基层教练员的工作绩效评估进行了研究,构建了包含有4个一级指标、13个二级指标和37个三级指标的指标框架,旨在通过该指标体系的构建改变基层教练员绩效评估过于重视比赛成绩的现状,以提高绩效评估的科学性和合理性。
Depending on literature analysis, interviews, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and other research methods, the paper, based on the related theory of performance management, researches the assessment of grassroots coaches'work performance in Shanghai through primary screening, theoretical screening and experts'screen- ing. It establishes an index framework containing 4 first- level indicators, 13 secondary indicators and 37 third -level indicators, the aim of which is to change the present situation of overemphasis on the results of the competitions when e- valuating grass -roots coaches'work performance by establishing the index system.
