摘要
利用FLUENT软件对波纹管、缩放管和光管夹套间空气对流传热进行了数值模拟,结果表明波纹管有较好的综合强化传热性能。应用场协同理论分析了波纹管、缩放管强化传热机理,发现在波纹管波峰下游处,温度梯度和速度场之间的夹角变小,纵向速度场和温度梯度场更加均匀,协同程度最好,从而强化传热。通过实验验证了数值模拟的可行性。
Convective heat transfer of air flowing outside the corrugated tube, the converging-diverging tube and the bare tube in single-tube heat exchanger were numerically simulated by FLU- ENT software, the results indicated that the corrugated tube had a good heat transfer enhance- ment performance. Furthermore, the strengthening mechanisms in the corrugated tube and the converging-diverging tube were investigated by field synergy principles. The results showed, in the crest downstream of the corrugated pipe, that the angle between the fluid velocity field and the temperature gradient field was becoming smaller, and the longitudinal velocity field and temperature gradient field is more uniform, and both resulted in the best synergy, consequently en- hancing heat transfer. Finally, the numerical simulation was verified by experiment.
