摘要
目的 :考察口服银杏合剂对毛发生长的促进作用及可能机制。方法 :取C57BL/6小鼠,随即分为空白对照组,银杏合剂高、中、低剂量组,分别灌胃给予蒸馏水,银杏合剂10、5、2.5 g·kg-1,灌胃14 d后采用硫化钠脱发,考察脱发后19 d内动物新生毛发生长速度。测定末次给药后各组动物新生毛发长度及重量,并采用组织切片观察皮肤毛囊数量及真皮层厚度,采用ELISA法测定皮肤组织中血管内皮生长因子及Ⅰ型胶原含量。结果 :口服银杏合剂能显著增加动物毛发生长速度(P<0.05),并有显著增加动物新生毛发重量(P<0.05),增加皮肤中血管内皮生长因子含量(P<0.05)的作用。结论 :口服银杏合剂有显著的促生发作用,增加血管内皮生长因子浓度可能是其作用的发生机制。
Objective : To investigate the hair growth promoting effect and possible mechanism of Ginkgo mixture in C57BL/6 mice. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal control group, ginkgo mixture high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group, and orally administrated with distilled water, ginkgo mixture 10,5 g · kg-1 and 2.5 g · kg-1, respectively. After treated for 14 days, mice were depilated by sodium sulfide, and then new hair growth rates in 19 days after depilation were recorded. After the last administration, new hair length and weight were measured, furthermore hair follicles number and dermal thickness were observed by biopsy, and vascular endothelial growth factor as well as collagen I content was determined via ELISA. Results: New hair growth rate was significantly increased by ginkgo mixture administration (P〈0.05). Moreover, new hair weights as well as vascular endothelial growth factor content was also significantly increased ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Ginkgo mixture oral administration demonstrated a significant role of hair growth promotion increasing vascular endothelial growth factor concentrations, which may be the mechanism of its role.
