高浓度三元复合体系增油效果及其作用机理(英文) 被引量:2

EOR EFFECTS AND MECHANISM FOR HIGH-CONCENTRATION ASP COMPLEX SYSTEM

摘要 针对目前三元复合体系中聚合物浓度较低而影响波及体积扩大及推高驱油剂成本的实际,利用油藏工程理论和借助物理模拟、仪器分析方法,对高浓度三元复合驱段塞增油效果的影响因素进行了剖析,同时对三元复合驱浓度和用量的技术经济效益进行了评价。结果表明:高浓度三元复合体系界面张力愈低,洗油效果愈好,采收率增幅愈大,但不同数量级界面张力对采收率影响较小;三元复合驱段塞黏度和尺寸愈大,扩大波及体积效果愈好,采收率增幅愈大,但采收率增幅差值逐渐减小。在药剂费用相同条件下,“聚合物前置段塞+主段塞+副段塞+聚合物保护段塞”组合的采收率增幅较大。从技术经济效益方面考虑,推荐三元复合体系聚合物浓度范围为2000—2500mg/L,段塞尺寸为0.380~0.475PV。对于非均质比较严重的油藏,与驱油剂洗油作用相比较,该体系扩大波及体积作用较明显,对采收率的贡献率也较大。 In the light of the current realities of influencing the swept volume enlargement and increasing the cost of the oil-flooding agents resulted from the lower-concentration polymer in the ASP complex flood- ing, with the help of oil reservoir engineering theories, physical simulation and the analyzing methods by the instruments, the influencing factors of the oil incremental effects of the high-concentration-ASP-com- plex-flooding slugs are analyzed. At the mean time, the technical and economic effects of the concentra- tion and amount of ASP flooding are investigated. The results show that the lower the interracial tension is, the higher the displacement efficiency will be, so will the incremental degree of the oil recovery ; the bigger the viscosity and size of the slugs are, the better the enlarged results of the swept volume will be, so will the EOR, but incremental differences are gradually decreased. Under the condition of the same cost of the chemicals, the EOR degree will be greater for the combination of "polymer pre-slug + ASP principal slug + ASP vice slug + polymer protecting slug" . From the viewpoints of the technical and e- conomic effects, the recommend polymer concentration range of the complex system is 2 000- 2 500 mg/L, and the recommend slug size range is 0. 380-0. 475 PV. For the more heterogeneous oil reser- voirs, comparing with the displacing actions of the oil flooding agents, the impacts of the enlarged swept volume of the system are pretty obvious and moreover the contribution to the oil recovery is greatly bigger.
