The Legal Deposit of Electronic Publications in Australia and its Enlightenments

摘要澳大利亚电子出版物法定缴送依据是1968年的版权法。文章介绍了澳大利亚图书馆采购、收集电子出版物的原则、电子出版物缴送具体规定,并概括了澳大利亚在实现电子出版物缴送进程中的做法及对我国的启示。 The legal deposit of electronic publications in Australia is based on the provisions of Copyright Act 1968. This paper introduces the principles of purchasing and collecting electronic publications of the National Library of Australia and the specific provisions of electronic publications deposit and then describes the experiences and practices on how to realize the legal deposit of electronic publications of Australia. 14 refs.
