摘要
雷公藤作为常用药,在抗炎、调节免疫、抗肿瘤等药理活性以及治疗肾小球疾病、类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮等诸多领域中效果良好。本文整理总结了近10年关于雷公藤在治疗紫癜性肾炎临床应用研究方面所取得的进展,探讨雷公藤联合中医辨证治疗紫癜性肾炎的临床意义,可为雷公藤对治疗紫癜性肾炎的现代药理研究和中医临床推广提供理论依据。
As a commonly used drug, thunder god vine has a good effect on many fields such as anti-inflammatory and immune regulation, antiturnor and pharmacological activity and treating glomerular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus （sle）. This article summarizes the recent ten years progress of the thunder god vine in the treatment of purpura nephritis clinical application research. Discusses the clinical significance of the thunder god vine treats purpura nephritis syndrome differently combined with TCM.Provides a theoretical basis on modern pharmacological research and clinical promotion of traditional Chinese medicine of thunder god vine treating purpura nephritis.
