摘要
以在中国河南省投运的首台± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM的控制系统设计为背景 ,研究了采用不同输入信号时对可控性和可观性的影响 ,指出线路有功潮流并不是最佳的 STATCOM稳定控制输入信号 ,建议选择经过 STATCOM输出电流和当地短路阻抗补偿的电压信号作为阻尼控制器的输入。该方法简单实用 ,已在± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM中实施。
With the background of designing the control system for the first domestic- m ade± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM in He'nan Province in China,this paper studies the influence of input signal selection on the controllability and observability of the STATCOM- based stabilizer.It is pointed out the active power is not an optim al input signal for STATCOM and suggested the local voltage compensated by the output reactive current and the driving point im pedance is a good candidate.The schem e suggested is simple and practical,and has been used in the above- m entioned± 2 0 Mvar STATCOM controller.
