摘要
目的:探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减加减治疗痰浊闭阻型胸痹的临床疗效。方法:选取痰浊闭阻型胸痹患者63例,给予口服瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减加减,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用。结果:经过治疗,63例患者,显效33例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率90.5%。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合涤痰汤加减治疗胸痹安全有效。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the Gualou Xiebai decoction and Ditan decoction on treating Tanzhuo Bizu type chest pain. Methods： 63 patients with Tanzhuo Bizu type chest pain were given oral Gualou Xiebai decoction plus Ditan decoction subtraction. One dose per day. Twice per dose. Results： After treatment, 33 cases were markedly effective, effective in 24 cases, ineffective in 6 cases; the total efficiency was 90.5%. Conclusion： Treating chest pain with the Gualou Xiebai decoction plus Ditan decoction is safe and effective.
