摘要
采用将含Te镍基合金粉末在非真空无保护气体状态下直接在箱式电阻炉中熔覆到金属表面的技术,在45#钢基材上制备了含Te镍基合金粉末覆层。用SEM、EDS、XRD观察分析了熔覆层的显微组织,并对熔覆层的结合强度、维氏硬度分布、摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,结果表明:Te元素明显改善了镍基合金粉末覆层的显微组织结构,强化并稳定了覆层的硬度及抗磨损能力。
The containing tellurium nickel-based alloy powder coating on 45# steel substrate was prepared by a nonvacuum box-type resistance furnace without protective gas. The microstructure of coating was observed and analyzed by using SEM, EDS and XRD. The bonding strength, vickers hardness distribution, friction and wear properties of the coating was tested, the results show that the tellurium element obviously improve the microstructure of nickelbased powder coating; reinforced and stabilized the hardness and abrasion resistance of the coating.
