摘要
据估计,目前为止中国钢铁总产能在10亿吨左右,2012年中国大陆粗钢产量为71 654.2万吨,占世界总产量的46.3%。有估算指出:其废水、二氧化硫和固体废弃物排放量分别占工业总排放量的8%、8%和16%左右,"美丽中国"的目标要求企业继续节能减排,钢铁行业的微利处境又使得企业难以支撑日益增加的环保投入,达到严格排放标准还有技术障碍。这对钢铁行业的环保治理提出了新的挑战,也提供了加快结构调整、加快产业集成度和淘汰落后的良好机遇。
The construction of ＂Beautiful China＂ requires enterprise to continue to save energy and reduce pollutant emis- sions. The low profit of the steel industry makes it difficult for enterprises to support the increasing investment in environmental protection. There are also technical obstacles in meeting the strict emissions standards. This is a new challenge for environmental protection of the steel industry, but it also provides a good opportunity to speed up structural adjustment, accelerate the integration of industry and eliminate backward production capacity.
