摘要
提出一种软硬金属镶套包覆陶瓷周向并在端面采用金属保护垫片的结构。仿真分析和试验结果表明,这种新型的金属陶瓷复合结构可以大大降低相同加载情况下陶瓷材料的受力情况,有效提高相关动力源火工品密封高温高压燃气的能力。
A structure with ceramic wrapped by crossbedded soft and hard metal and its end intensified by a metal piece was proposed. Simulation and test show that this structure can decrease the stress of ceramic greatly,therefore,the pyrotechnics can seal gas product with much higher pressure.
