不同抗凝管对同型半胱氨酸测定结果的影响

摘要 目的研究不同抗凝管采血对血浆总同型半胱氨酸(tHcy)的影响.方法选取6名健康者,空腹采集静脉全血样本,分别用EDTA-2K管,枸橼酸钠管和肝素锂管采血,不同条件下保存,用HPLC法定量测定tHcy的浓度,用SPSS软件分析处理数据.结果 3种抗凝管采血后,即刻分离血浆后4℃放置2 h、4 h、7 h以及-20℃放置1 d、3 d、5 d,不同抗凝管血浆tHcy浓度差异无统计学意义;此外,3种抗凝管采血后,全血4℃放置2 h、4 h、7 h后分离血浆测定血浆tHcy浓度,不同抗凝管差异无统计学意义.结论 EDTA-2K管,枸橼酸钠管和肝素锂管采血对测定的血浆tHcy浓度没有明显差异. Objective To study the influence of different anticoagulant tube of blood for blood plasma total homocysteine (tHey) . Methods Six healthy subjects were selected, then the fasting venous blood samples were collected with EDTA-2k tube, sodium citrate tube and lithium heparin tube, respectively. The blood samples were kept under different conditions. The concentrations of tHey were determined by quantitative HPLC method and the data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software. Results Under the conditions of 4 ℃ placed for 2 h, 4 h, 7 h, and - 20 ℃placed for 1 d, 3 d, 5 d after separating plasma, the concentrations of plasma they in different anticoagulant tubes were no statistical difference. In addition, after placing the whole blood at 4 ℃ for 2 h, 4 h, 7 h, the concentrations of plasma tHey of separated plasma in different anticoagulant tubes were no slatislieal differences. Conclusion There are no significant differences in determination of the concentration of plasma I Hey when using EDTA-2k tube, sodium citrate tube and lithium heparin tube sampling blood.
