摘要
目的了解上海市城乡接合部动拆迁居民中高血压患者相关不良生活方式暴露与高血压发生的关系,以期为该人群高血压的预防、健康宣教提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式于2013年3、4月入户调查动拆迁居民中患病组与对照组(各100名)的基本信息、生活习惯、慢性病易患因素认知情况、社区卫生服务需求等。结果工作压力大小与高血压患病有很重要的关系(P<0.05),是否吸烟是高血压的危险因素(P<0.05),是否饮酒是患高血压的危险因素(P<0.05)。被调查者(193人)社区卫生服务需求情况显示,居民在定期健康检查及健康教育讲座等方面的需求率较大,分别占86.01%及66.84%。结论随着上海市城乡接合部越来越多的农村高血压患者动拆迁住进居委小区,生活水平及医疗水平均得到很大提高,了解该人群的慢性病相关易患因素及社区医疗服务需求情况,对基层医疗机构社区卫生服务政策调整及预防与控制该人群高血压的发生至关重要。
Abstract： [ Objective ] To understand the relationship between unhealthy life style and hypertension in hypertension patients among relocation residents in rural-urban continuum of Shanghai, provide the basis for prevention and education of hypertension in this population. [Methods]The study group and the control group were collected from relocation residents in March and April 2013, 100 cases in each group. The basic information, life habits, awareness rate of inducing factors of chronic disease, and community health service needs were investigated by the questionnaire survey. [ Results ] There was significant relationship between working pressure and hypertension { P 〈 0.05 ）. Smoking and drinking were the risk factors of hypertension { both P 〈 0.05 }. The survey a- bout community health service needs among respondents { 193 people } showed that the demand rates of regular health examination and health education lecture were high, which was 86.01% and 66.84% respectively. [ Conclusion] Since more and more rural hypertension patients in rural-urban continuum of Shanghai have moved to the subdistricts, the living standards and medical level are greatly improved. It is important to understand the inducing factors of chronic disease and needs of community health service in this population, to adjust the community health service strategy of grass-roots medical institutions, as well as prevent and control the hypertension.
