摘要
目的了解我省所经销白酒中塑化剂迁移污染状况,保障食品安全与健康。方法依据国家食品污染监测标准操作程序,对省内销售的60种白酒样品进行了DBP、DEHP、DINP含量检测。结果 63.3%白酒中检出DBP,个别样品含量高达9.82 mg/kg超限98.2倍。25%白酒中检出DEHP。DINP均未检出。结论白酒生产、运输、储存等过程中可能存在迁移污染。
Objective To investigate the pollution status of plasticizer migration in liquor in Liaoning province, so as to ensure food safety and health. Methods According to the standard operating procedure of national food contamination monitoring, three types of phthalates （ DBP, DEHP and DINP） were detected in 60 liquor samples. Results The DBP detection rate was 63.3%, with the highest content of 9.82 mg/kg, 98.2 times over the standard. The DEHP detection rate was 25 %. The DINP detection rate was 0%. Conclusion The migration pollution may exist in the producing, transport and storage of the liquor.
