摘要
本文通过中日两国环境标志发展情况研究对比,提出了促使我国环境标志产品的评价工作向科学性、系统性发展的相关建议:一是从严控制环境标志产品环境性能,拓宽参与人员的范围,增加环境标志产品认证类别,减少某些行业的企业现场检查;二是加强环境标志商标保护,开展环境标志打假行动,维护环境标志的权威性与严肃性;三是加强环境标志宣传力度,提高环境标志的公众认知度,提高公众的环保意识。
This paper compares the development of environment mark between China and Japan, and puts forward the prompting of Chinese environment mark product evaluation to the development of scientific, systemic suggestions： first is a strictly controlled environment mark product environmental performance, to broaden the scope of participants, increase environment mark product certification category; The symbol trademark protection, the second is to strengthen environment mark counterfeiting, maintain the authority of environment mark and seriousness; Third is to enhance the publicity on environment mark, improve environment mark in public awareness, improve the public＇s environmental awareness.
