建设项目工程延期的影响因素研究——基于重庆的实证分析 被引量:11

摘要 建设工程项目工程延期的影响因素错综复杂。综合运用文献研究、现场访谈、问卷调查和主成分分析方法,对重庆市建设工程项目工程延期问题进行实证分析。分析结果表明,工程款支付不及时、建设前期决策缓慢、各设计专业协调不力是影响工程延期最主要的三个因素,并采用SPSS软件对39个工程延期影响因素进行主成分分析,得到重新命名的主成分因子,分别为:施工现场管理因子、设计管理因子、资金流管理因子、项目沟通管理因子、项目前期准备因子,进而针对每个因子提出防范工程延期的对策建议。 The influencing factors of the source of construction project duration extension are complicated. Made comprehensive use of literature research, onsite interviews, surveys, and principal component analysis, the empirical analysis of the research is taken in Chongqing. It's found that project payment not timely, preeonstruction decisions too slow, Weaknesses in the coordination of design professionals are the three main factors affecting the construction delay. As for the 39 factors, with the SPSS software for principal component analysis, renaming the principal eompo nent factors were construction site management factor, design factor, capital flow management factor, project eommu nication management factor, project preparatory factor, and specific recommendations are given for each factor
