电针对实验性过敏性哮喘豚鼠末梢肺组织冰冻切片β受体数量及腺苷环磷酸含量变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨哮喘与肺组织β受体数量与腺苷环磷酸含量的关系及电针对其的影响[方法]采 用放射配基结合与蛋白结合分析法分别测定接受与未接受电针刺激的哮喘豚鼠末梢肺组织的冰冻切片 β受体与3H-DHA结合量及腺苷环磷酸含量[结果]哮喘豚鼠肺组织冰冻切片的β受体与3H-DHA最大 结合量及腺苷环磷酸含量明显低于对照组,电针刺激可使哮喘豚鼠肺组织冰冻切片β受体最大结合量 及腺苷环磷酸含量维持在正常水平,但对正常豚鼠未见有影响[结论]哮喘发作与肺组织β受体功能 降低有关。 OBJECTIVE To study the relation between the number of β-adrenoceptor and the content of cAMP in lung tissues and asthma, and the effects of galvano-acupuncture for them. METHODS Using the radioligand binding assay and protein binding assay, the combining numbers of β-adrenoceptor and 3H-DHA and the content of cAMP on the frozen section of ending lung tissues of guinea pigs with receiving or no receiving galvano-acupuncture were detected. RESULTS The max combining numbers of β-adrenoceptor and 3H-DHA and the content of cAMP were significantly lower than the control group. The galvano-acupuncture could change the max combining numbers of β-adrenoceptor and cAMP in the lung tissues of guinea pigs with asthma to normal level, but could not influence that in normal guinea pigs. CONCLUSION The onset of allergic asthma is relative to the decrease of β-adrenoceptor function in the lung tissues and the galvano-acupuncture can restore it to the normal level.
