摘要
本工作选用标化健康雄性Wistar大鼠。以放射免疫测定法 (RIA) ,研究了大鼠由平原 (海拔 5米 ,上海 )引入高原环境 (海拔 2 2 6 0米 ,3 46 0米 )后 ,在 2 4小时内急性低氧期 ,垂体及各脑区精氨酸加压素 (AVP)样免疫活性物质的含量变化。结果表明 ,大鼠在高原 2 4小时急性低氧期 ,高原实验Ⅰ组 (2 2 6 0米西宁 )与平原者对照组相比 ,皮层、垂体、下丘脑、丘脑、纹状体、中脑、海马七个脑区AVP含量均降低 ,桥—延脑含量趋于升高 ,但无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。高原实验Ⅱ组 (天峻 ,海拔 3 46 0米 )与平原者对照组相比 ,垂体、下丘脑、桥—延脑内AVP含量增加 (P<0 .0 1) ,其余 5个脑区内AVP含量降低非常显著 (p <0 .0 1)。实验显示 ,急性高原低氧环境能影响中枢脑内AVP的合成与释放。提示 ,脑内AVP参与高原低氧的应激反应过程 。
The study was selected standared healthy male Wistar rats.After the rats were moved to high altitude environment (2260m and 3460m above sea level)from plain (5m above sea level),we used the method of radioimmunoassay (RIA)to study the changing rule of vasopressin(AVP)in hypophysis and other parts of brain of rat during the period of hypoxia within 24 hours.The results showed as follows,during the period of acute hypoxia in 24 hours at high altitude the content of AVP in cortex,hypophysis,hypothalamus,thalamus,corpusstriatum,mesencephalon and hippocampus decreased,the content of AVP in ponsoblongate increased,but had not showed significent diffireaces (P>0.05)in the high altitude experimental group (2260m above sea level,Xining)compared with the plain contrast group,the content of AVP inhypophysis,hypothalamus and ponsoblong increased (P<0.01),the content of AVP in the high altitude experimental group (Tianjun,3460m above sea level) compared with the plain contrast group significantely decreased (p<0.01),In author′s opinion,the acute hypoxia environment of in other 5 brain areas high altitude can affect the excreting and releasing of AVP in brain.This study showed that AVP in brain takes part in the process of stress reaction for high altitude hypoxia,AVP would mediate the stress reaction through neuro humoral cycle. \ \
