摘要
对轨道列车振动和噪声源进行了较为详尽的描述;综述了目前轨道列车噪声预测的常用方法、列车噪声的测量技术、减振降噪技术和相关标准。轨道列车振动与噪声设计是一个多学科的系统工程。深入了解噪声产生的机理和每一个噪声单元的声贡献是进行列车振动与噪声控制的前提;用系统的方式管理所有振动和噪声的特性,建立一个持续质量管理计划是必要条件;加强轨道车辆的噪声控制及预测的规范和立法,是减小轨道列车噪声污染的有力保障。
Sources of vibration and noise from rail trains are described in detail. Prediction methods, measurement techniques, vibration and noise reduction technology and related standards are reviewed. Design of vibration and noise of track trains is a multi-disciplinary systems engineering. Insight into the mechanism of noise generation and sound contribution of each noise unit is the premise of vibration and noise control of rail trains. It is a necessary condition for managing all the characteristics of vibration and noise in systematic way, and to establish a continuous quality management plan. In order to reduce rail train noise pollution, it is a powerful guarantee to strengthen legislation and criterion for noise control and prediction.
