摘要
[目的]为筛选研制适度加密装烟技术,实现烟叶在烘烤过程中提质增香。[方法]以现行气流下降式密集型烤房为试验设备,设计密集烤房装烟室3种不同层距(47.0、53.3、57.0 cm),分析不同层距对烟叶烘烤成本及烘烤质量的影响。[结果]结果表明,密集型烤房的3种层距都可以不同程度地增加装烟容量。层距57.0 cm的密集型烤房,烘烤成本较低,烤后烟叶质量较好;层距53.3 cm的密集型烤房,烘烤成本较低,但烤后烟叶质量有所下降;层距47.0 cm的密集烤房烟叶烘烤成本增加,烤后烟叶质量差。[结论]优选装烟室层距57.0 cm的密集烤房烘烤烟叶。
[Objective] The aim was to screen and develop suitable increased loading technology, and improve quality and increase arome in curing process. [Method] Taking the down stream type bulk curing barn commonly used as test equipment, we designed 3 differeut layer spacing (47.0,53.3,57.0 ore) bulk curing barns to research the effects of curing cost and curing quality of baked tobacco leaves. [Result] The resuhs showed that:3 different layer spacing bulk curing barns all increased the loading capacity in different degree. The minimal curing cost and best quality appeared in the tobacco barn with 57.0 cm layer spacing. The curing cost decreased, but baked tobacco leaves declined in quality in 53.3 cm layer spacing barn. The curing cost increased in 47.0 cm layer spacing barn, and the quality of baked tobacco was the worst. [Conclusion] In conclusion, 57.0 cm layer spacing barn should be selected.
