摘要
选用一种纤维素酶、三种柔软剂和两种抗起毛起球整理剂对莫代尔针织面料进行抗起毛起球整理.结果表明,经纤维素酶处理后,再用改性2D树脂或柠檬酸进行织物抗起毛起球整理,效果较好,加入柔软剂会降低抗起毛起球效果.优化的整理工艺为:Cellusoft CR酶用量3%(omf),柔软剂618N 1% (omf),pH值5~8,55℃处理45 min;再用8 g/L树脂或柠檬酸及次亚磷酸钠各10 g/L,在40℃处理20 min,烘干后在140℃下焙烘2 min.织物经整理后,抗起毛起球等级可达4级以上.
Anti-pilling finish of Modal knitted fabric is carried out with Cellusoft CR,three kinds of softeners and two kinds of anti-pilling agents respectively.The results show that the fabric features good anti-pilling property up to Grade 4 after treated with cellulase and modified 2D resin or citric acid,and the addition of softener will reduce the anti-pilling performance of the knits.The process is optimized as follows:3 % (omf) of Cellusoft CR,1% (omf) of softener 618N,pH value 5 ~ 8,treating at 55 ℃ for 45 min,followed by treating at 40 ℃ for 20 min with resin 8 g/L or citric acid 10 g/L and sodium hypophosphite 10 g/L,and then curing at 140 ℃ for 2 min after drying.
