摘要
在苯并噁嗪树脂中分别加入含磷环氧,含磷环氧和含氮酚醛以及含磷环氧和线形酚醛后制备其固化样品。通过热重分析,垂直燃烧和锥形量热测试以及扫描电镜分析研究了含磷环氧及酚醛树脂的加入对聚苯并噁嗪热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,加入含磷环氧后可以大幅度提高聚苯并噁嗪的阻燃性能,加入含氮酚醛后,阻燃性进一步提高,当苯并噁嗪、含磷环氧和含氮酚醛的质量比为4∶4∶2时,阻燃性达到UL-94V-0级,推测存在气相阻燃机理和凝聚相阻燃机理的共同作用。而在苯并噁嗪和含磷环氧中加入线形酚醛后树脂的阻燃性变差。
The phosphorus - containing epoxy, phosphorus - containing epoxy/nitrogen - containing phenolic resin and phosphorus- containing epoxy/linear phenolic resin were added in benzoxazines, respectively and then their cured samples were prepared. The effects of phosphorus - containing epoxy and phenolic resin on the thermal sta- bility and flame retardancy of polybenzoxazine were studied by thermogravimetric analysis, vertical test, cone calo- rimeter test and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that the flame retardancy of polybenzoxazine was improved significantly with phosphorus - containing epoxy and further improved with nitrogen - containing phe- nolic resin. The flame retardancy rating of UL - 94V - 0 could be achieved while mass ratio of benzoxazine, phos- phorus - containing epoxy and nitrogenous - containing phenholic resin was 4 : 4: 2. The interaction of gas phase flame retardant mechanism and condensed phase flame retardancy mechanism might be existed. However the flame retardancy of benzoxazine/phosphorus - containing epoxy was deteriorated after adding linear phenolicresin.
