甲基四氢苯酐异构化工艺的研究

摘要 介绍了甲基四氢苯酐的立体异构化和结构异构化反应机理,分析了原料组成、催化剂种类及用量、异构化温度、异构化时间对异构化反应的影响,并通过对产物性状、色相、结晶时间、吸湿稳定性和固化物着色性测试等研究了异构化方式对产物的影响。结果表明,较佳的甲基四氢苯酐异构化工艺条件如下:原料石油C5馏分配比m(反式-间戊二烯)/m(异戊二烯)≈70/30,甲基四氢苯酐组成m(3-Me-△4-THPA)/m(4-Me-△4-THPA)≈70/30,只进行立体异构化,催化剂醋酸钾添加质量分数0.04%~0.06%,异构化时间2~3 h,异构化温度160~180℃。 The stereo and structural isomerization mechanism of methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MTHPA) were introduced. The effects of raw material composition, type and amount of catalyst, isomerization temperature and isomerization time on the isomerization were analyzed. The effect of isomerization methods on the products were investigated by the testings of characteristics, hue, crystallization time, moisture stability and cured coloring of the products. The results showed that the optimal MTHPA isomerization process conditions were as follows: feedstock Cs petroleum distillate ratio m ( trans - piperylene)/m (isoprene) = 70/30, MTHPA composition m (3 - Me -Δ4 _ THPA )/m (g - Me -Δ4 _ THPA) / 70/30, only stereo isomerization, catalyst mass fraction of potassium acetate 0.04% -0. 06%, isomerization time 2-3 h and isomerization temperature 160- 180 ℃.
