摘要
目前煤矿井下皮带运输均采用单方向输送物料运行方式,即上皮带运煤、矸,下皮带空运行,皮带利用率只有一半,效率低;SD-80、SD-150皮带速度标准为2m/s,运行速度低,输送能力小,由于皮带使用数量多,装机功率大,耗电量高,因此如何提高皮带运行效率,减少电力浪费是我们重点研究内容。
The belt transport in coal mine adopts single direction conveying operation mode, namely the up belt transports coal, and gangue, the behind belt dry running, belt use rates only is half, the efficiency is low; The speed standard of SD-80, SD-150 belt is 2m/s, running speed is low, and transport capacity is small.
