摘要
生产柠檬酸粮耗占生产成本的 6 5 %左右 ,降低柠檬酸生产成本重点是原料结构的改革。本文利用小麦A淀粉和谷朊粉的制造过程中副产品即小麦B淀粉发酵生产柠檬酸的工业化研究 。
To produce citric acid, the consumption of grain is account for 65% of total production cost, in order to cut the production cost, the construction of the raw materials should be reformed seriously. This article is to describe how to use weat B starch to produce citric acid, the wheat B starch is by-product from production of wheat A starch and gluten. This industrial research has gained good economic benefit.
