摘要
目的：建立气相色谱（GC）测定比伐卢定中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、吡啶、乙腈4种有机残留量的测定方法。方法采用直接进样毛细管气相色谱法，色谱柱为：DB-WAX色谱柱（30m×320 m×0.5 m）载气为氮气，FID检测器，DMF为溶剂。结果：此色谱条件下被测物均能得到很好的分离，峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系，回收率良好。结论：方法简便、灵敏，结果准确、可靠，适用于比伐卢定中有机残留量的检测。
Objective To develop a GC method for the residual solvents （ methanol,acetic ether, acetonitrile, pyridine in Bivalirudin. Method The chromatographic systems included a DB-WAX column, and a FID detector, nitrogen was used as carrier gas, and DMF as solvent. Results The calibration curves of four solvents were linear and their recoveries were satisfactory.Conclusion The method is accurate and reli-able.It can be applied in detection of residual solvents in Bivalirudin.
