摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的疗效。方法 84例病理性黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用驱黄药物联合光照法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒治疗,比较2组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗时间比对照组短,2组疗效比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒在病理性新生儿黄疸治疗中有独特之处,退黄快、效果佳,与传统治疗相结合更有利于提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the effect of integrative medicine in treating pathological jaundice of newborn baby. Methods 84 cases of pathological jaundice babies were randomized into control group（42 cases） and experimental group（42 cases）. Control group was treated with jaundice medicine and light illumination. Experimental group was treated with that of control group plus Yinzhihuang Granule. Clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment time of experimental group was significantly shorter, and the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Yinzhihuang Granule has unique features such as fast to quit jaundice with good effect in treating pathological jaundice of newborn baby, and can improve clinical efficacy combined with the traditional treatment.
