Study on the Nutrition and Health Function of Camel Milk

摘要 驼奶不仅营养丰富,而且具有很多保健功效。驼奶中不饱和脂肪酸比例、蛋白质、多种维生素和矿物质含量都显著高于牛奶。资料显示,驼奶具有低致敏性,是对牛奶过敏的婴幼儿的理想和安全选择,此外,驼奶还有助消化、降血糖、降血压,甚至防癌抗癌等功效。随着人们对骆驼奶认识的深入,骆驼奶的市场需求量必将越来越大。 Camel milk is not only rich in nutrition, but also has many health functions. Inmaduces the nutrition and health function of the camel milk. The unsaturated fatty acid ratio and the content of protein, vitamin and minerals are significantly higher than cow milk. Some data shows that Camel milk is hypoallergenic, so it is an ideal and safe choice for cow's milk allergy in infants. Besides, camel milk can help digestion, decrease blood glucose, blood pressure and even anticarcinogenic function. As the recognitions of camel milk, the camel milk market demand will be more and bigger.
