表面改性密封螺塞密封性能实验研究

摘要 密封舱上电缆用密封螺塞由于多次拆装、力矩加载等因素的影响,使用寿命较短。采用镀铬和渗氮2种方式对密封螺塞的表面进行改性,以提高密封螺塞的使用寿命。对螺塞加载不同的力矩,采用模拟容器充氮气保压的方式,对表面改性后的密封螺塞的密封性能进行试验研究。实验结果表明,2种表面改性处理后的密封螺塞密封性能均满足要求,且表面渗氮处理后的密封螺塞的密封性能更好一些。 Considering many times disassembled and assembled, the moments loading and other factors for the sealing plug screw which was used on the electric cable in sealed cabin, its service life was short. The surface of sealing plug screw of sealing plug screw was chromeplated and nitriding with two methods for surface modified in order to improve the service life of sealing plug screw. Through loading different moments to plug screw and using pressure maintaining method of simulation container filled with nitrogen, the experimental investigation was done for sealing performance of surface mod- ified sealing plug screws. The test results show the sealing performance of two surface modified sealing plug screws meets the requirements, and the seal performance of nitriding screw is better than chromeplated screw.
