摘要
以香精肉桂酸为原料,利用活泼酯法将半抗原肉桂酸与载体蛋白牛血清白蛋白和卵清白蛋白偶联制备人工免疫抗原和包被原,分别用紫外光谱、荧光光谱、圆二色谱及红外光谱法进行鉴定。免疫小鼠后采用间接ELISA测定抗体效价,结果表明抗原合成成功。
The artifical antigen was synthesized by active ester method which could link the carrier proteins BSA to cinnamic acid(CA). Then,the antigen was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, fluorescence spectrum, CD chromatography and infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The titre of the antibody was determined by indirect ELISA after immunized the BALB/C mice, indicating that the artifical antigen was successfully synthetized.
