水中双酚A和辛基酚及4-壬基酚的高效液相色谱荧光检测法 被引量:6

Determination of bisphenol A,4-n-octylphenol and 4-nonylphenol in water by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorimetric detection

摘要 目的建立同时测定水中双酚A、辛基酚、4-壬基酚的高效液相色谱荧光检测法。方法样品经液-液萃取,采用XTerraRP18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(体积比为80:20)为流动相,高效液相色谱荧光检测器进行检测。结果双酚A、辛基酚、4-壬基酚的检出限为0.01—0.02μg/L,平均回收率为82.8%~97.8%,相对标准偏差为1.26%-4.14%。结论该方法操作简便,回收率高,重复性好,适用于水中双酚A、辛基酚、4-壬基酚的同时检测。 Objective To develop an efficient method for the analysis of bisphenol A, 4-n-octylphenol and 4-Nonylphenol in the water. Methods With liquid-liquid extraction, the target compounds were separated on an XTerra RP18 column(150 mm4.6 mm, 5 μm) by using water-methanol (20:80, V/V) as the mobile phase, detected with fluorescence, the fluorescence excitation. Results The linear ranges of determination were 0.01-0.02 μg/L, the average recoveries were 82.8%-97.8%, relative standard deviations were 1.26%-4.14%. Conclusion The method is applicable to simultaneous determination of bisphenol A, 4-n-octylphenol and 4-Nonylphenol in water with simplicity and accuracy in a single injection.
