摘要
以单体动力电池为研究对象,为解决动力电池动态剩余容量(SOC)在线估算的难题,提出了一种新的动力电池剩余容量在线估算方法。通过对铅酸蓄电池离线后所产生的回跳电压进行研究,在考虑了放电率、放电深度、环境温度等因素的情况下,建立了回跳电压与电池剩余容量的函数关系;采用89S51单片机完成实时检测与计算,实现了智能型蓄电池剩余容量在线检测。
Based on the single power battery, in order to solve SOC estimation of lead-acid battery on-line, a kind of new estimation method was proposed. By analyzing rebound voltage of the lead-acid battery off-line, discharge rate, depth of discharge and environment temperature, the function relationship between rebound voltage and SOC was established The intelligent real-time detection apparatus based on MCU 89S51 for SOC estimation on-line was introduced.
